It turned out that one of the water heaters that runs the backside of the house contained stale water. The wife and I do not really use those bathroom sinks or tubs. Not only did Elmer drain the water heater, but redid the connections so water will come from both water heaters no matter what faucet is used so that this issue would not recur.
