“I am extremely frustrated with how this clinic has handled my account and billing. I paid for my services at the time of my visit. However, due to the clinic’s failure to properly process or forward my payment to the lab, I was incorrectly sent to collections for a balance that should never have existed. I have contacted the office multiple times to resolve this issue, yet no action has been taken to correct their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they allowed the situation to escalate to collections, which has now negatively impacted my credit. This is completely unacceptable. Patients should not suffer financial consequences because of a clinic’s internal billing errors and lack of follow-through. If you choose to come here, I strongly recommend keeping detailed records of all payments and following up closely, as their billing practices and accountability are deeply concerning.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lilian and her staff. I came in with extremely high blood sugar in August 2025. She helped me lower my blood sugar and has also been treating my husband. The front office staff is always very kind and welcoming. I have not had any issues since my first visit. She is now my primary care provider. I am very satisfied with her care.”

“REVIEW EDIT: I have always been a little leary of doctors but Dr. Mabiru has such a gracious manner with her patients that I felt quite at ease and her staff have been very compassionate through my struggle. I'm glad I stuck with them through this. So far, first visit is not giving me a good first impression. Their 3rd party answering service didn't advise or schedule my appointment correctly. I took time off from work to be here and they cannot honor the appointment. They said they tried to call me but weren't able to get through and that's because I work as a school counselor during the day time and I am not usually accessible. I do not have any voicemail in my mailbox to reflect their attempt to contact me. I am rescheduling my visit, we'll see if this review gets edited to reflect a better second experience but I don't believe blaming the 3rd party answering service is a good excuse if you contracted their services.”

“Disappointed I took a $38 Uber to this location after I called to confirm if Lilian was a OBGYN and the man on the phone told me she was just for me to drive there and find out that she is just a primary care. I’ve been having a hard time finding a OB and I feel like the staff wasn’t that caring in fact they were laughing and seemed annoyed of me being there I heard someone say “ Jesus Christ “ and then Lilian was nice enough to tell me about the clinic that I seen before I came inside but unfortunately they did not take my insurance. It was in all a very stressful and emotional day.”

“My son had an appt at this office weeks ago and because we wouldn’t pay them to come back in for another office visit to get blood work results , they won’t send them by email ! Lied like they did and so I cancelled the appt ! They never sent them ! I’ll be calling whoever I need to to get them !!! Do your job ! Won’t be back either”
