“I’ve been trying to get Sunstar’s attention for 2-1/2 years because my electricity bills were exorbitant. When they finally sent two techs out and found a longstanding problem, they ghosted me when I asked for a tech to confirm all necessary repairs were completed and the system is working properly in its intended purpose. They have not responded to me at all since at least early March, despite multiple messages and calls. Update: SunStar has now publicly responded that the system “has been producing from day 1.” My concern has never been whether the system produced some power. My concern is whether the system was properly installed and functioning as intended. SunStar’s own technicians identified non-functioning panels and installation-related wiring issues in January/February 2026, and I have repeatedly requested onsite confirmation that all necessary repairs were completed properly.”
