“I reached out to Steven early this morning regarding the fact that I had no electricity to my home. Oncor had come out and checked and said there was nothing wrong with the service they provided. On their end everything was good. Steven arranged to meet about 2 hours after our conversation. He was actually earlier getting to the house than I was! He went straight to the box connecting his devices and was able to tell and show me why I had no electricity. My breaker was shot. Unfortunately due to the age of my home the one I needed would be costly and hard to find. Nonetheless he called several places while I stood there finally reaching 1 that would have the part and a lot a discounted rate. He left picked up the part, came back and I had a full house of working electricity before 1p.
