“They legit do not care about the renters input. If you need something or have an issue, they will say anything they can to not help you out, coming up with weird excuses and saying they're gonna do things they never really do. If they say they're gonna call you back, don't expect it to happen, it just wont, you're gonna have to call back yourself, and they will just be rude to you because someway somehow they expected you to forget you have an issue overnight. Please do not spend your money on these people. They will be really nice in the beginning, but later on will give 0 attention to anything you say or need because they know that since you signed the lease, you are bound to stick with them. Even if you like the house, keep looking, they are not the way to go.”

“House was full of roaches when we received it.! I am sure thie one in charge(Kelly) is close with the cleaning lady cause Everytime I mentioned how dirty the house was when I received it she gets so defensive. She even started screaming at me. How professional of you! Not with me Hun.”
