“Got the to install a portable generator. Somebody from the main office messed up and did not notice our panel doesn’t have a main breaker so it wasn’t included when they quoted me for the install. But they own up the mistake and gave me a discount plus the electrician Ryan was great even helped me operate the generator and gave me some useful tip. Will still recommend and use them again in the future.”

Ryan and Frank came out to do the installation- they were very professional, quick, and I really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. Their work deserves 5 stars! The reason for 4 stars is mainly the pricing ($500 for one outlet) and communication. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, and since I couldn’t get a quote over the phone, I didn’t have the option to compare beforehand. I also wish I’d been told there would be an upcharge due to the timing - I had requested a 4:00 pm appointment but the crew arrived closer to 5:40 pm, which apparently increased the cost. If I’d known that ahead of time, I would have rescheduled for another day. I was also told pricing might be higher since I live a bit outside their usual area, but I’d provided my address from the start and assumed they were local based on the Facebook group recommendation. None of this reflects on Ryan and Frank, they were excellent. My only feedback would be for the office side to improve transparency around pricing and scheduling.”
