54 Electric Inc

54 Electric Inc works as electricians out of Mountain View, TX. They focus on standard electrical repairs and upgrades along with smart home setups drawn from their public listings. Homeowners in this part of Texas deal with intense summer heat that pushes air conditioning systems hard and occasional storms that knock out power lines or damage outdoor wiring. The company handles those day to day electrical demands without extra layers, sticking to the practical fixes and installations that keep houses running safely through the local weather patterns.

They perform electrician services that include smart home automation, lighting and shading control, and outdoor entertainment setups. Jobs often involve running new circuits for heavy loads like pool pumps or home theaters, swapping out old panels, and integrating controls from brands such as Lutron for shades and lights plus Ketra and Sonance gear for sound. Crews show up with the right tools, pull permits where needed, and test everything on site so systems work without callbacks. In Mountain View the work also covers common issues like overloaded outlets from constant AC use or grounding fixes after lightning strikes that hit the area regularly.

Customers rate the company on straightforward execution and fair pricing for the electrical work they need in this climate. Reviews highlight quick responses to outage calls and clean finishes on automation installs that hold up through Texas heat and wind. The score reflects steady marks for communication during jobs and solid quality on both basic repairs and more involved control systems. DIRT Score 3.74 from 11 reviews on Finds.

“I have worked with 54 Electric multiple times before and recently hired them to do all the electrical & A/V work for my new house in Palo Alto. Very happy with the work that was done again so I figured I owed them a review. John was responsive and helpful throughout all stages of the project. We like to use the Lutron home system which John and his team are experience in. There was also a few times we had a very last minute inspection time change and John was able to send guys onsite within 30 minutes. Also really happy with the LED's installed by Mike which were a last minute addition at the very end of the project. Definitely recommend reaching out to John if you are looking for an electrician and especially if you plan on installing Lutron.”

“5 Star review for 54 Electric. This was a big project and in the end I am so pleased with the exceptional product and service. Professional, friendly and custom experience. My shades are gorgeous, like a piece of jewelry for my home the hardware is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you John for your direction and suggestions. You were spot on. For any big project there will be hi cups but the team was extremely responsive.”

“John, Travis, and Mike have been amazingly helpful and knowledgeable in upgrading our house to Lutron. I've worked with several Lutron dealers, on both shades and switches, and the care and expertise that 54 Electric brings is a cut above. We've upgraded to HomeWorks and we love the convenience and automation. The Lutron shades are also high quality. 54 Electric also helped us with networking and home entertainment system. The sound system rocks, and their recommendations were spot on. Thanks 54 Electric!”
