“Update 2: The owner came back out and redid the repair. The result is significantly better and I appreciate the effort to make it right. While the initial experience and first repair were frustrating, I do want to acknowledge that they followed through and improved the situation. Update: I initially left a glowing review for Jamie and Oscar (the electrical team), and I stand by that. I was so impressed with their work that I decided to try this company’s HVAC services, even though I already have a service agreement with another provider. Unfortunately, my experience with HVAC was very different. I scheduled a visit to evaluate a temperature difference and an odor coming from a bedroom vent. The technician did not perform a thorough inspection - the vent in the room was never checked, and the duct run was not traced. During the visit, a fuse was blown in my system, and the only action taken was placing tape over a section of duct near the unit. I was then charged a $129 service fee. During that same visit, the technician damaged my attic access ladder. I heard a loud noise and cursing at the time but was not informed of any issue. After the visit, I noticed the attic panel was bowed and partially separated, leaving a visible opening into the attic. After reporting the issue, the service manager came out to inspect. While I appreciate the follow-up, the repair that was performed does not restore the attic access to its original condition. The panel is still visibly bowed, and the repair consists of numerous brad nails driven through the panel rather than proper re-anchoring. There are visible nail heads on the exterior, sharp nail tips protruding on the interior where they did not seat correctly, and excess caulk smeared around the repair areas. The result looks patched together rather than properly repaired or restored. Additionally, a ceiling vent register near the attic access that became loose during the visit has still not been repaired. I had a great experience with the electrical team, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend their other services. I’m hopeful the company will take another look at this and work toward a proper repair and resolution. —— I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and Oscar - if you need any electrical work at all, they’re the team to call. Not only are they great at their jobs, they are just really nice guys. I needed some electrical/lighting work done in my home office and they handled it like pros. Not only was the service superior, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending all my friends/family to do the same. “I recently had my routine HVAC preventative maintenance check performed by the technician Jason from Climate Express and I was very impressed with the service he provided. He was extremely thorough and took his time to check out the entire system. He spent a lot of time checking the outdoor unit and then did a thorough cleaning of the unit. He took photos to show me what it looked like after cleaning. Jason also took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Climate Express for HVAC service and maintenance and appreciate the excellent customer service that Jason provided.”

They did some testing and quickly figured out I had a wire that was shorting out and kept tripping the breaker. They quickly fixed the problem and were on their way.
