“Neighbors tree limb fell on power line coming into our house ripping service panel and everything off the house on a Sunday evening. Mister Sparky electrician (Tristan) promptly arrived, assessed the situation, diligently explained everything that would need to be done and answered all questions and concerns. “I hired this company for what should have been a simple dryer breaker replacement, and it turned into an expensive and stressful experience. Before they arrived, my AC was working perfectly. Immediately after their electrician replaced the breaker, my AC failed. An HVAC technician who inspected the system afterward determined that the starter had failed due to an abrupt power interruption. A competent electrician should know to shut down sensitive equipment before performing electrical work and restore power properly afterward. Instead, I was left with an unexpected AC repair bill because of what I believe was careless and unprofessional work. I had a breaker that was tripping with no clear reason why, they plugged a couple of their tools into the outlet, took the panel off the breaker box, and quoted me a potential $1500 "fix" that they said might not fix it. All of this was over $300 and took about 20 minutes. They didn't remove any outlet covers, light switch covers, or do any other investigating. I ended up finding the problem in the lightswitch box and solving it myself. The whole point of having someone come out was to get a solution and peace of mind from a professional. I was very disappointed and felt significantly overcharged.”
