“I went in for an air filter on a 2475 compressor pump. They charged over $54 for this filter. Ingersoll Rand's retail price on this OEM filter is $46. That's a 15% markup above MSRP. They charge over list price/msrp for parts. Totally unethical, especially for an Ingersoll Rand dealer who gets steep discounts on parts. I couldn't imagine what they would charge for repair kits or other items. I will not use them again for parts or a new compressor and recommend you shop around.”
