“First of all ma and pa services pretty much dead no matter where you go The small business is pretty much gone as far as service. I couldn't have been more wrong they actually had employees there that knew what they were talking about knew what you needed and took the time to explain the differences of the products. Yes there could be supply problems due to COVID. I can't stress enough how much these guys took the time to help me and explain to me what I needed and why. The prices may be somewhat higher but your paying for service and it's the best that you're going to get. This place truly saved me yesterday hopefully it'll help you too.”

“Purchased a Phillips advanced ballast from dealers electric in palestine. I called out a well known local electric company to come out and install the ballast in my sign which is fifty feet high. The ballast turned out to be broke and I got stuck with an electrician service call fee of $150. When returning the broken product employee was very rude and had no sympathy towards the $150 service charge I incurred because they sold me a faulty ballast. The local electrician did state that this has happened before on other job sites with items purchased from dealers electric. I will not be buying anything from these guys in the future and suggest you do the same.”
