“These people are awesome. We've utilized their services for years, and they do excellent, expert work. The one time there was a problem (a new apprentice accidentally miswiring an RV box), they came out and fixed it no problem, and had no issue reimbursing us for the electrical repairs to the RV that was damaged when we hooked it up. They will always make things right, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.”

“Called them out for a blown out line underground, had most of it dug out before they got there. The guy worked for an hour and ten minutes put in a temporary splice explaining that he didn't have what he needed to do a permanent splice on the truck and that someone would be back out the following morning with the proper equipment. Cool okay, things happen. Sent two guys out the second day, still showed up without what they needed. Took the temporary splice off, put it back on and wrapped it with tape, said if it rains shut this off and do not turn it back on. Great. Storms hit an hour later so we had to shut it off, power went out completely and I was instructed to call them back as soon as the power came back on and they'd be back to finish. So I did. Was then informed by Mark that they were too busy and that I should just turn it back on. Now keep in mind this is an underground line that had just been covered in water from a storm. Explained that their field electrician told me do not turn it back on because it's not safe, was told again just to turn it on and that they'll have someone come out a third time on a third day. Told Mark fine but if anything is damaged I'm holding them responsible and that I would not be paying multiple trip charges because they didn't bring the right stuff. Mark got angry raising his voice and then cut the call off. Here it is nearly 1pm on day 3 and no one had shown up, so I called to see when they would be here. Only to find out "well someone should have told you we're not coming back out" Excuse me??? Absolutely worthless but beyond that DANGEROUS. Don't waste your time, money or safety by calling this company.”

“If you ever need electrical work done, these guys are the ones to call !! We had half of our house loose power due to a short in the wiring in an outlet. Shane came out litteraly 20 minutes after I called them. He worked so hard and found the short and repaired it . He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable !! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone !! Thank y'all so much for great service !”
