Dave Williams Plumbing & Electrical Inc

Dave Williams Plumbing & Electrical Inc works as an electrician out of Palm Desert. The company has built its reputation over more than 40 years by taking on electrical projects for multi-family buildings, commercial properties, and residential homes throughout Southern California. They handle the full range of electrical tasks that keep properties running safely and efficiently. Local conditions in a place like Palm Desert call for electricians who understand how heat and dust affect wiring and equipment over time. This background gives them practical knowledge that comes from doing the work day in and day out rather than from books alone.

In Palm Desert, electricians often deal with installing and fixing air conditioning units, outdoor lighting for yards, and upgrading panels to handle modern appliances. The dry heat can cause connections to loosen or components to fail faster than in milder climates, so regular checks on breakers and outlets become important for homeowners. They also manage wiring for pools and spas that are common in the area, making sure everything meets safety standards without cutting corners on materials. New construction jobs require running lines through walls and attics while coordinating with other trades to avoid rework later on.

Customers rate them on how fast they respond to calls, the quality of the fixes, whether the price feels fair, and how well they explain what needs doing. With a score of 3.15 from 15 reviews, the feedback shows room for improvement in those areas but also that the crew gets the basic jobs completed. DIRT Score 3.15 from 15 reviews on Finds.

DIRT Score = confidence-weighted rating across verified review platforms. How is this calculated? →

“John at Dave Williams Plumbing is simply the best! In fact everyone there are professional and trustworthy in every sense. I wouldn’t trust my plumbing work to anyone else. John is prompt, knowledgeable, and one of the hardest working people that I know. Give him a call!”

“John was wonderful to work with and a pleasure to have at our house He was very diligent and kept the work area clean and did a great job”

“Very happy with Dave Williams plumbing. They are experienced and knowledgeable at installing new projects of all sizes. Have used them several times on our jobsites for new construction and remodels.”

“Excellent Company. Top notch customer service and expertise. New homeowner from NYC - David, Holly (and of course Ignasio) diagnosed an issue on my leak detector (day I called!) and it works perfect. They have since fixed a toilet, flushed my tankless hot water tank, and fixed bathroom fixtures. Polite, On-time, Competent -- 1st Class. I 100% recommend Dave Williams Plumbing and Electrical”

“Apparently, this 'tradesman' does not like other cars overtaking him. This morning he demonstrated reckless & dangerous driving because I passed him when he was in the middle lane. This prompted him to speed up, pull in front, tap brakes, squeeze between cars and median when exiting Newport Rd onto 215S this AM. I would steer clear of him - both as a driver/commuter & also as a Plumber/Electrician as his care & diligence would be of the same pathetic standard.”
