“Larry Baker Plumbing took great care of us. They got us on their schedule quickly, and Zach got our line cleared in no time. He was professional and polite. He explained the issue and answered my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill. Big thanks to Zach and Larry Baker Plumbing!”

“Not worth your time. I had a big job that needed to be done and because a hole had been dug to access the sewer line they wouldn’t even come out to look at it. I had another company complete the sewer line replacement in a much more professional and prompt manner. If you’re a homeowner don’t call them. Their ad at the movie theater is also very loud and annoying. I called them against my better judgement and got exactly what I was expecting.”

“I do not recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs. * This company does not schedule appointments. They have a list they go by to call clients 20-30mins prior to showing up at your residence. * Lack of transparency- We weren’t told They charge you from the time you answer your phone to have a tech come out to the time they decide the job is complete. Hours are rounded up/down to their benefit * Zach is a disgruntled disrespectful employee-He couldn’t answer a basic breakdown of the billing without having a meltdown about how he “Doesn’t get paid enough” to answer the simplest of questions. Why is this? Because they up charge on labor & parts used. * We only used this company because our water heater was under warranty which they honored, however, they milk the parts/labor to recoup their loss.”

“Atmos installed new meter and found we had a leak. We called Larry Baker Plumbing and were put on their list. The next day Shawn (a very nice guy) and employee showed up! Needless to say he went right to work. The following day we had our gas back! We are beyond pleased with Larry Baker Plumbing. Everyone is very friendly, courteous, and professional. We have found the plumbing company we will use from now on! We were not expecting to have gas for at least a while, but are super happy with this company!
