“Michael Crain did a fantastic job installing my internet. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He was personable, reliable, and easy to talk to. Michael answered all of my questions, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied before finishing the job. “Brian from Tucson was absolutely fantastic. He came out on a Saturday evening and went through all the possible options for my bed and breakfast in Bisbee. Truth be told, I know Brian from his work with Cochise County and his residency in Bisbee. When a mutual friend told me that he was doing internet, I knew that I had to set a meeting with him. His knowledge of the Historical Society and all the in's and outs of that process, knowledge of working on older buildings and his customer service are unmatched, and in true form, did not disappoint. He came to a dinner engagement minutes notice. He showed up with different options of how to mount the raido, including a non invasive way that would work with historical society's and buildings that would not allow drilling, screws or anything that would affect the exterior of a protected building. The radio itself, and how he would proceed with the project. His knowledge of the tools available to him, products available and packages available in my area. Even though the program on his phone deemed i wouldn't be able to get service from Resound because of my location in the Gultch, I would recommend that anyone take advantage of Brian's passion and knowledge of what he does.”
