“I am own a small business and Mike Yearwood of phasetec contracted us to provide him electrical labor on a project. It took almost 3 months to get the first invoice paid then he refused to pay the rest of what was owed "over $20,000". This caused a tremendous amount of grief for my family and I had to go to extreme lengths to avoid bankruptcy. I also know he stiffed the supply house and they filed a mechanics lien. At this point all i can do is spread the word to every GC, licensing board, Supply House, trade school and staffing company I can in hopes they do not get put in the same postion i did.”
