“-----Pleasant and Professional----- From the phone call to describe my outage all the way through to the "Thank You!" for a job well done, Everyone was pleasant and professional. I "Googlied" electricians in my zip code and contacted them in the order they came up (as long as the reviews didn't negate doing so). After five others, I called Hargis Electric. Until Hargis, I was given available schedules ranging from tomorrow afternoon through NEXT Thursday! The gal that answered the phone asked me to hold for a short time and then came back with I'll have someone there before close of business today. THAT was the schedule I was looking for. And, two technicians were knocking at my front door in about fifteen minutes. I showed them the "issue" and they got after it like they not only knew exactly what the problem was, but like they do this type of repair often. My over-all score for Hargis Electric LLC is a hard 5 out of 5 stars (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Thanks y'all, you're pretty great! JBM”

“Had a problem on Saturday called and left a detailed message. Also sent an email with all my information. My husband just had a stroke and I have a big property so I’m pretty stressed out trying to find someone to come help me. I read the reviews and it seem like everybody was pretty quick to get out and help, the secretary called me this morning, which is on a Monday morning. I’m not sure what was going on with her. But I had to repeat my address six times on the sixth time I did say ma’am I said my address 6 times now. I think that must’ve upset her because then she said I don’t have anything available today and I’ll call you tomorrow to set something up Then I was very displeased and said I thought we were making an appointment and she just kept saying I misunderstood her Usually, when you make an appointment, they give you a time when I said that she said OK I have tomorrow at 8 AM. I did say that’s a little early because I’m giving my husband 24 hour care after a severe stroke but then I said OK that’ll be fine. She said hold on very abruptly and put me on hold and then somebody else picked up the phone and said can I help you very unfriendly? I did explain that when you have a business it’s very unprofessional to just drop a call and get back on with somebody else saying can I help you and making the customer start all over. She got an attitude and said ma’am don’t yell at me. I definitely was not yelling and I’ve noticed a lot of people do now they say yell if you possibly barely raise your voice being retired military I always find it funny when people say I’m yelling. It’s just a way to deflect anyway I would have to say sounds like an amazing company, but the women answering the phone definitely need to go. I had a lot of work to do. And a lot of future work to be done this company lost out on a lot of money because of their unprofessional secretaries I did ask to speak to a manager, and that was not done. Needless to say I did lose my temper Left a few words out there before I hung up. I do apologize, but I’m already stressed out all weekend. I couldn’t get in my panel box.box I left a detailed message with my address and everything she even kept asking me for my phone number instead of just looking for it herself we spent almost 5 minutes, giving her my address and my phone number. Definitely do not recommend especially if you’re stressed out and just need a little help Most of the reviews are about the workers. I’m sure they’re great. Electricians we own a business and if I have an upset customer, I want to talk to them. I don’t want Employees making it worse. I was actually recommended this company from a really good friend of mine The reviews sound great. It makes it seem like they can get right out to you. But I’m pretty sure because I said ma’am, this is the time I gave you my address to become unavailable to help me Telling me she’ll call me back tomorrow and let me know when they can come out never heard of such a thing”
