“We experienced a break in the underground electrical lines to our house, resulting in first partial service and then total loss of power. Our electric provider stated the underground lines were our responsibility so we started looking for an electrician. Searching Google, Doctor Home Experts was our first choice. In no time at all Joe, Doctor's General Manager, was sitting at our kitchen table outlining a plan of action for the restoration of our service. Once approved and a price agreed upon, a crew arrived that same afternoon. Our wet clay soil was a challenge but while three men dug, an electrician installed a new meter can, breaker box, breakers and underground sercvice lines in conduit. Supervisor Chris and helpers AJ and Miles kept the repair on schedule even after the discovery of an unidentified sprinkler system water line. “Please call Doctor Home Experts if you are ever in need of any electrical work. We had some rain damage to our main control panel due to a bad storm. Sadly it needed to be replaced. However they offered reassurance about getting it fixed from the beginning, which was phenomenal and put us at ease. The owner personally came out the day the incident happened and explained how the repair would go. I was very pleased by the response time and the personable nature of everyone. Jay and Miles were the 2 technicians that came out to get everything fixed and replaced. They were so helpful with making sure everything was labeled properly. “Engaged Doctor Home Experts to do an electrical project for me at the recommendation of my neighbor who had worked with them for various electrical projects over the years. The project was extensive (changing out the breaker box, adding new circuits, installing new plugs, and adding a new circuit especially for a future generator). I must admit I was impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of the crew that came out. The electricians, Chris and Jay, the "project manager-Luke" and the technicians came in and after reaffirming the proposed scope of the job with me, the home owner, got right to work. They did not leave the parts of my walls that they had to cut in to in disarray as other workers had done. In fact, you could hardly tell the walls had been cut into.
