“Changed meter and did not let us know gas would be shut off until we called Atmos to get turned back on when they left at 5pm. They just left a note on door. He could have told me when he let me know they were working in the yard on meter when they arrived at 2pm. I was furious since we had quests in the house. They should have someone there when they are done to turn gas back on in the house and not force us to call and reschedule our evening. We had plans and it wasn't to sit around waiting for the gas to get turned on. Poor biz practices.”
