“It seems the amount of negative reviews hasn’t gotten anyone’s attention yet. I’ve dealt with most departments within South Houston, as a business owner in South Houston. I have to say I’ve never received that level of unprofessionalism/rudeness in any place before. The girl in charge at the water department treats everyone as if doing her job is the hardest thing in the world. She’s ready to get defensive and argue with you. As a business owner myself it would be a shame to have someone with that attitude represent us let alone an entire city.”

“City Hall front desk was rude, unhelpful, and acted like helping was an inconvenience. No effort, no professionalism. Including the police department since reviews are off: response times feel inconsistent and frustrating. When you actually need help, it can take forever, but in less urgent situations, they seem quicker to respond. Overall, not a great experience with either—needs better service and accountability.”
