“This place is horribly managed and unprofessional. I wasn't comfortable having the technician in my house, as he appeared hostile and disturbed that he was even dispatched for the job. The owner was unorganized and difficult to communicate with- talking over me as soon as I opened my mouth. Work was subpar. Didn't have the equipment they needed despite knowing exactly what the scope of work was before they arrived. I hope it was just a bad day for Cali Electric, but I would never recommend anyone use this company. UPDATE: This company is slick. At NO TIME did I ever ask for money to take down a review. NEVER. It's a valid, honest reveiw and I STAND BY MY WORD.”
