About

Front Line Power Construction Llc works out of Rosharon, TX as electricians who focus on powerline construction and maintenance. They handle overhead distribution lines, underground distribution setups, substation maintenance and construction, telecom infrastructure, and storm response with emergency restoration crews. The company takes on jobs that involve laying foundations, setting poles, and installing low to high voltage equipment across residential areas and other sites. Their crews deal with heavy equipment and heights on a regular basis while following safety steps like wearing hard hats, gloves, and harnesses during daily tasks in the local weather conditions that hit Texas power systems.

These electricians respond to outages by showing up at odd hours to fix lines and get service running again, such as one crew that arrived in the middle of the night after power stayed out for 14 hours and stayed on the job without issues in their talk. They also shut down power for line work starting at 7:30 in the morning and handle access around homes by moving gates or parking their dually tool trucks, though that sometimes leaves driveways blocked with cones behind them. Storm response forms a big part of the schedule where teams work on distribution and substation repairs to deal with weather damage that knocks out service in Rosharon neighborhoods.

Homeowners have noted problems with how crews manage access and timing on jobs, including one case where a gate was taken off its hinges without notice and a dog got loose and hurt, plus another where the team sat in the truck on phones instead of working ahead of scheduled thunderstorms. A few praised the steady effort during night repairs on outages without any rough language, but complaints about blocked driveways that stopped trash pickup and poor communication on shutdowns add up across the feedback. Speed and quality get mixed marks while price and access issues drag things down more often. DIRT Score 2.13 from 32 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company came to our house today and rang the doorbell and when the door wasn't answered proceeded to take our gate off of the hinges while our dog was in the backyard, resulting in her getting out and injuring herself. There was no notification that they were coming. I was home but was working. After retrieving our dog and then returning to speak with the workers about their mistake. The one person that was speaking was full of excuses and did not take accountability for his actions stating he needed to get in our backyard. Then got upset when I called him on it and refuse to give me his information. I have called the company but given their poor reviews on Google, I probably won't hear back from them. We shall see. Update: I got a call back but they will not take any responsibility for their actions. Our dog suffered a heat stroke due their negligence. They refuse to pay for the vet bills. So we have legal representation because the Texas laws clearly state that they aren't supposed to enter your property and leave it unsecured. Don't believe any of the very few good reviews. I saw one stating that the guys were professional and didn't use any curse words (interesting he would mention that), I have a video of them on my property with just the opposite.

Our power went out and was out for 14 hours. Frontline crews showed up in the middle of the night and worked tirelessly to get our power back on. The impressive thing about it was my wife and I sat on the couch for a couple hours “3-5am” and listened to the guys work and talk. Not one time was an F-bomb released. Not a curse word one that I can recall. Kyle was extremely polite and professional!! Thanks for all you guys do!!!

Turned the power off at 7:30 a.m to work on lines. Thunderstorms scheduled at 1p.m. Guess what they were doing. Nothing sitting in truck on there phones while I gotta stand out in the rain because it's 200 degrees indoors.

This company was doing work at the house across the street from me. They parked their Frontline dully tool truck in front of my driveway. They had my entire extra wide driveway blocked and had construction cones on the road in back of truck. This kept the trash truck from being able to pick up my trash. This also kept me from being able to even leave my house. I went outside and tried to talk to the guy telling him that they should not have blocked my driveway and he sarcastically said oh well I probably won’t be over here again. Frontline company is not listed by the BBB and they have very rude employees.

These guys will come out to your neighbors place to install a generator, will not warn you that they will be turning off the power to your house, and cause you to cancel sales meetings since you work from home. Can't believe that's legal, and can't believe a company would have complete disregard for others.
