“I called and asked if they could come assess damage done to our electrical at our house from lightening hitting close to our house. When he picked up the phone he sounded like he had been woken from a nap, didn't say he was from his business and was only half listening to what my issue was. After explaining to him what I needed, he asked if this was for an inspection and I said no, this was to fix a problem with my house. He then asked me where I was located, I told him and then he said that he didn't have time to take me on. Considering where I live is less than 5 miles from his location I was shocked he didn't have the time to drive to my house. Completely unprofessional and rude interaction.”
