They took care of everything that needed to be fixed according to the my insurance company’s policy coverage and the contract we agreed upon. At no time did the cost exceed the amount listed on our contract and at no time was there ever any mention of additional costs. The contractor, German Lopez was very pleasant and professional, and easy to work with. He took time to plain the process from start to finish on each area as the work was being done. His work crew was also very pleasant and made sure to clean up and dispose of all of the debris.
