365 Lighting & Automation LLC

365 Lighting & Automation LLC operates as an electrician out of Peoria, TX, handling electrical work that centers on lighting setups and home automation projects. They focus on installing permanent lights on houses along with permanent Christmas lights that stay in place year round rather than seasonal temporary strings. The company also manages smart home solutions that tie into security systems and camera placements, including video doorbells that connect to existing wiring or new runs. Homeowners in the area turn to them for these upgrades because the local climate brings heavy storms and heat that can damage outdoor electrical lines over time.

Their work covers full camera installations where technicians compare wired and wireless options based on the house layout and signal strength. Crews run new circuits for lighting controls and integrate security features so everything operates from one panel without separate apps for each device. Jobs often involve pulling cable through attics or exterior walls to place video doorbells near entry points and mounting permanent lighting fixtures that withstand Texas wind and rain. They handle both new construction tie-ins and retrofits on older homes where outdated panels need updates to support added loads from cameras and automated switches.

Customers keep coming back because the crews show up on time and finish without dragging out small fixes into multi-day disruptions. Quality stands out in how the lighting holds up after installation and how security feeds stay reliable without constant resets. Pricing stays straightforward with no surprise add-ons once the initial quote is set, and communication stays clear through each step from the first call to final walkthrough. This steady record across many jobs in Peoria, TX, builds the kind of trust that shows up in the numbers. DIRT Score 4.9 from 154 reviews on Finds.

“The crew did a great job installing my cameras and ethernet cables drops. They installed my door bell camera as well. They checked everything to make sure it worked properly. Even though I did not purchased the cameras from their company directly, Andrew, Kevin, & Logan did excellent job installing them and running the ethernet cables to them. I have full camera coverage of the property now.. Thank you for your very professional & clean work! One of the best companies I have worked with lately. It is harder to find companies that do good work anymore. These guys do quality work and care about the work they do and make sure it is done correctly and to your satisfaction. Thanks again guys!!!”
