“Update: Upon posting this review, the customer service manager reached out to fix our roof tiles. He said he hadn't seen this review yet, but the timing seems extremely convenient. In either case, they did send someone to fix my roof tiles they broke during install. They don't match at all, not even close, but that doesn't bother me since they're up out of sight. They should've done this years ago, right when they broke them, it's the absolute bare minimum... so that, coupled with the fact that owning this system literally costs us money and does not save us a dime, makes my review stand as is. I do NOT recommend. Read the full review for details. Where to begin... Unsatisfied isn't the word, scammed is more like it. We've had our system for about 4 years now. It's never saved us money. W”

“Salesperson had us convert to APS Time of Use with Demand APS plan with signed documents stating Tesla Powerwall battery would supplement panels between 4-7 pm during highest cost timeframe per utility. Powerwall was not installed where we were told it would be installed and is in direct afternoon sunlight and overheats (west side of home). Tesla batteries shut down over 122 F so with high temperatures in June and July and direct afternoon sunlight on metal encasement, the battery has to cool off several hours after shutting down sometime between 3-5 pm. Needless to say we have a lease payment AND a high APS bill. Do not do this, you are better off doing budget plan with utilities.”

“We have been incredibly happy with SunSolar. We met our sales person - Rob at a Home Show in Glendale. He was absolutely the nicest most genuine person and answered all our questions. We still weren't sold on the idea of solar and at the time we were building a new house. Rob stayed in contact with us and watched our home being built with us. He was never pushy or aggressive. He had fans and knowledge and he was passionate. We really appreciated him. During this time we had numerous other solar companies come over to quote us and give us more options. Many were very aggressive offering to sell us more equipment for cheaper prices, etc etc. However, we always went back to Rob. We feel he was honest and proud.
