“I have had electric issues for the past month I was referred by my neighbor who works for the city said this company use to work for the city and do all the Christmas lights every year here in pharr so i took his word for it and i am very happy at the quality of work i received and the price quotes he gave me. They are good fast reliable and affordable. He came with his 2 son's and they fixed everything so fast so we'll fixed everything they needed to in a timely manner very affordable rates and also found where the squirrels came in and destroyed the electrical line and they patched that up free of charge which was not their problem was mine. But they did a great job did not leave a mess behind were so polite and worked late to get it done as fast as I needed it because it was hot out side and Inside..I appreciate the way they worked and cleaned up after everything.they are very polite we'll manored and affordable I will be calling them again for everything I need fixed as a single mom its hard to find someone to trust and do quality work and not upcharge ..thank you Mr. Frank and your 2 sons for the fast work”

“Mr. Garcia was very kind and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and explains thoroughly what needs to be done. He gave me a reasonable quote and got the job done with no issues. I called him on a Sunday and he was able to come out for emergency services. Would definitely recommend.”

“Hate to talk down on a local business, but I gave them a call and asked them if and what their after hours rates were as I was calling around 6:30pm. They told me and I quote “Don’t ask, you’re not gonna like my rate”. They then proceeded to tell me that it was $75 just to drive out there. Which, by the way, the price was not my biggest concern. I just wanted to see if the rate was fair. I work in the trades, so I’m familiar with both pricing and I understand the nature of some of these highway robbers looking to make a killing off of somebody’s inconvenience. Just look at their response to the other negative review that they have, left by Sergio A. Rojas. It’s a good example of their shoddy customer service; they display it themselves. Now, I can’t speak for their work, as they didn’t make it out to my location, it may be great work, but I think a good refresher on customer service might earn them a bit more respect. They state in their response to their other bad review left by Sergio A. Rojas, “we do not need your business thank you”, luckily there are plenty of skilled plumbers and electricians in the area; a lot with much better manners and skills in customer negotiations as well. I’d like to think they would read my review, take it into consideration and perhaps learn from it, but something tells me it will go right over their heads. Heck, I might even get a passive aggressive response like Sergio Rojas did.”
