“We would like to compliment and thank the crew that replaced the “telephone pole” near our house at 20 Allamanda Avenue on Key Haven. Their professional and technical expertise was impressive. They communicated nicely throughout the entire process. We were fascinated how they easily and safely navigated such a complex job. On a side note, we have grandchildren who also watched their work. Not once did we hear a single profanity. Thank you!”

“Called to report sparks coming from my meter. Keys energy told me to call a private electrician, bc they “only own the meter, not the box it’s in” and “it’s impossible to have sparks coming from the meter”. After I pushed the issue (yes it’s actually coming from the meter!) They said if I wanted them to come out they’d have to pull the meter and leave us with no electric if it wasn’t the problem w the meter.”

“I am on the phone with Sabrina ( the supposed supervisor ). 4 times I have called in with payment since October 12th. Still no payment has been processed. We have been removed from auto pay and charged the $125 deposit because THEY DO NOT do their job. Complete incompetence but have no choice but to pay it all. Zero accountability, I hope they’re proud of the job they’re doing.”
