“Had a new HVAC system installed in April 2026 and these guys have been awesome. Every Tech that has come out has been polite, friendly and professional, not to mention Delta does the very best they can to get you someone out in a reasonable amount of time. “Good company had new AC unit installed June 12,2026 with new thermostat now issue with thermostat and connection to internet still came out try to fix now coming out with someone else Friday , the thermostat shuts off then on then off and each time I call same courtesy on phone they work on my schedule. “We bought a brand new unit from Delta and had problems that took over 15 visits to figure out. Not sure if they even figured out why the heater didn’t work. Every winter it fails to work for the last 5 years. The blower motor failed under warranty and they expected us to pay for the repair because they feel we have called them too many times. It took over 2 months for them to get the part and we went from January to March without a heater in the house. They still expected us to pay for labor even though it’s under warranty. When they installed the unit, they did not seal the ducting in the roof very well because the first rain we had, the ceiling in our master bedroom collapsed because the rain was just leaking through the poorly installed ducting. $15000 later they still took no accountab”

“I had Delta come out in March to do yearly check up and I was told everything is good. Delta was the company that put a new Trane unit in our place on June of 2019 and had a 5 year service contract to check 2 time a year. After service contract was up we only have them come out once a year.We had them come out again on June 8th because my wife noticed water coming from an adjacent wall to the air handler. I call Delta to come out and look at A/C because I could see water dripping down from air handler, they were able to come out 4 days later. The senior tech Brandon said the condensation line need to be blown out and blamed a hole in the drywall on the back of the air handler. My wife had me talk to the senior tech Brandon and tells me the cost of $366 to blow the condensation line and it’”

On Wednesday, July 8, we realized that our AC was failing...funny noises, fan wasn't always kicking in and not bringing the temperature all the way down. As I always do, I start with Google maps and "nearby" businesses as we do like to support neighborhood businesses. We also wanted a Trane dealer. The first company I called sent a tech/rep out. He diagnosed a serious leak in our 22-year-old Trane heat pump. So the cost of repairs warranted going with a new rooftop heat pump. That first company's rep quoted $19,066 for a Trane 15 SEER2 4 ton heat pump. I had seen Delta Home Services pitch regarding their online cost calculator so I found them online and completed their online questions. A cost estimate of $13,520 was emailed to me ”
