JM Electrical

JM Electrical works as electricians based in Queen Creek, Arizona, right in the East Valley that includes Phoenix. They take on electrical jobs for both residential and commercial customers throughout the area. The crew knows how to deal with everything from basic repairs to bigger setups that keep homes and shops running smooth. Local weather plays a big part in what they see day to day, with intense heat putting extra load on systems. Homeowners often need help when air conditioners draw too much power or when dust storms cause outages. They stay licensed and focus on solid fixes that last without repeat calls.

JM Electrical handles electrical troubleshoot calls when lights flicker or outlets stop working. They perform panel and service upgrades to handle modern loads from all the devices people run now. Installation of EV chargers gets done for those switching to electric vehicles. Recessed lighting jobs brighten up rooms without bulky fixtures. Whole-home surge protection keeps everything safe from spikes. Commercial electrical covers wiring and maintenance for businesses. In the Phoenix heat, they see lots of overloaded circuits from constant AC use and recommend upgrades before breakers trip during summer peaks. Dust and dry conditions can wear on connections, so regular checks prevent bigger problems down the line for property owners facing those conditions year after year.

Customers consistently give high marks for how quick the team shows up and gets the work done right the first time. Quality of the installations stands out, with no callbacks for the same issue. Pricing comes in fair compared to others in the trade. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough. These points add up to strong feedback across the board from people who needed reliable electrical help in tough conditions. DIRT Score 4.93 from 221 reviews on Finds.

“We had a very old and outdated electrical panel at the property, and Jason was very professional when he came out to give us a quote and was very reasonable compared to some other companies. He went through the process Of getting things set up with the electrical company in the city for the inspections and took care of all of the necessary things. I would definitely recommend him and use him again!”

“I reached out to Jason to inquire about having my electrical panel replaced on my home and I'm glad I did. He was responsive, answered all of my questions/concerns, maintained an open/clear line of communication, showed up on time (early actually) and did an amazing job! On top of all that I felt his pricing was transparent and fair. He did such a great job that I'm having him replace a panel on another property I own and will be recommending him to everyone I know. It's nice to see a company that provides great customer service and excellent workmanship still exists! Believe me when I say you can trust the all of the 5 star reviews... you won't be disappointed!”

“Jason and his team provided us with several electrical updates to our home in San Tan Valley and they were completed in a professional and timely manner. His crew was very pleasant and explained what they were doing and asked for input on placement of outlets and exact locations of fixtures even though they already knew. They were just double checking, which I appreciated. The crew cleaned up after themselves and did a final walkthrough of the project upon completion to see if there were any questions. I would definitely recommend JM Electrical to anyone in the east valley needing either interior or exterior electrical work done.”

“I’m a retired Air Force veteran and it’s important for me to support veteran-owned small businesses. I had done much of the prep work to run conduit to make the job easier for Jason and his crew. When they arrived at the house they went right to work. Jason and his crew did an outstanding job to run three 240V circuits to the garage: one for an EV charger, another for a welder outlet, and the third for a backup generator. I’m really pleased with the results and happily recommend JM Electric for anyone needing electrical work. They’re honest, and completed the work in just a few hours to pull wire, land the wires on the terminals, and install circuit breakers in the service panel. Super happy!”

“Jason is excellent. He has often been able to diagnose issues or get close enough over the phone, shows up on time and is fair priced. I've gone to him several times over the years and will continue to recommend him.”

“Jason was very responsive and was able to come by and fix our faulty breaker in less than 24 hours from when we reached out. Great experience.”

“I had the unfortunate occasion to have a complete power outage at my home...but had the great to fortune of connecting to Jason, from JM Electrical! Jason responded to my request, literally within 5 minutes, and was just a pleasure to work with. Great patience, very sympathetic, very reassuring, and had a wonderful "bedside manner". Could not have asked for a better experience, and as such, I will be calling Jason/JM for all my electrical needs in the future.”

“Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by JM Electrical! They recently completed a panel swap for us, upgrading from a 200 amp to a 400 amp system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, their professionalism was evident. They arrived on time, ready to work, and maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to see a team take such pride in their work, ensuring everything was neat and tidy. The pricing was one of the best we found, which made the decision to choose them even easier. On top of the panel swap, they also installed an EV charger for us at the same time, which was a fantastic bonus. Their expertise and efficiency made everything seamless. I highly recommend JM Electrical for any electrical needs. They exc”
