“Outstanding service by electrician Mitch and Ash in customer service/scheduling. I requested an estimate for installing 3 light fixtures. Mitch assessed, gave me estimate, price was great. He was able to install the lights right away. Done in less than 30 minutes! Will definitely use Simple Electric again.”

“This is an interesting story of a company caring about their customers and making things right when mistakes were made.I originally posted the following before receiving a phone call from Simply Electric….My breaker wouldn’t reset at the service panel causing my garage lights to go off. Simply Electric had good ratings on Yelp so I was shocked when the technician told me depending on what it found, it would be $300. After telling me they were competitive with everyone else and it was just that prices for electrical service had gone up. I reluctantly agreed. In the end he did 45 minutes worth of work with no New parts and charge me $275. Afterwards, I was kicking myself for saying yes. After posting this review, I got a call from Ashley at their office. “I’m giving four stars because though my technician, Stephen, was fantastic and super friendly, the business tried to get him to charge me $80 more after the work was complete because it took a bit longer than expected. Stephen saved the rating because he was really friendly about it since he wanted to honor the price he quoted me and was ok with and worked out a deal for me in the end. He was an awesome technician to work with, but the business needs to work on their customer experience.”

“I’ve recently had exceptional installation of an exhaust fan by Simple Electric. There was a last minute cancellation (illness) by the scheduled installer that was expeditiously remedied with another installer and for an hour earlier than the prior scheduled time. We all know the difficulty of taking time from work to be available for service, but “the patch” was seamless and at an even better time in the same day! No time lost from work and the installer was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Simple Electric for your help in all regards.”
