“Sent a text on Friday night with no expectation I would receive an answer until Monday (since it was the weekend.) Sabrina responded so quickly, within minutes, and gave me the exact answer as to what I needed to do to fix the smoke alarm. It had malfunctioned due to improper installation of batteries. Check their yelp reviews (2.8 stars) for a more accurate picture. Horrible customer service, literally let my cameras go blank for 3 months without telling me, then told me it was my fault. When I asked what it would look like for them to address the issue, they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars, and went ahead and scheduled the appointment without my permission or confirming that I wanted them to come out! I really hope they adopt ai agents soon as their customer service representatives seem like they are very bloaty, potentially gassy, unconfortable chair dwellers. Run away and don’t look back We had them do a relatively small commercial project for us thinking that we would get great service from a company this big. Once we signed and gave them the down payment they could have cared less about our job. We called I think 20 times, nobody called us back. Emailed nobody answered… trying to get in contact with anybody or for anybody to call us back was damn near impossible! We barely passed final inspection on time thanks to the fire marshall who had to call them and get them to do anything.. the worst company we have ever dealt with …”
