Compass Electrical Solutions

Compass Electrical Solutions works as an electrician based in Plano, TX. They focus on commercial, industrial, residential and low voltage electrical jobs around the area. This covers putting in residential generators, setting up electric vehicle chargers, handling home automation systems and doing electric panel upgrades. The company takes on projects in a way that gets them done safely and without wasting time or money for the people who hire them. They deal with new construction wiring, lighting work, panel replacements and equipment repairs as part of their daily operations in the local market. Homeowners in Plano often need help with these exact items because of older homes and growing demand for modern power setups that handle extra loads without issues.

Their work involves sending crews out for commercial wiring on tenant improvements, lighting retrofits that cut energy use, and troubleshooting on equipment that stops running right. One job might mean replacing a main panel while another requires running low voltage lines for automation controls. Customers have noted that some technicians show up and handle the fixes without extra delays, like the time Armand Walter Fourton saw extremely professional handling on his service call. At the same time Igi Moran pointed out problems with a driver using plate number tch 7060 who acted out of line on the road, and Tif Garcia said the owner treats people pretty badly during the whole process from start to finish.

Reviewers give mixed feedback on how fast the jobs finish and the quality of the fixes once the crew arrives, with some calls going smooth on price and others running into communication problems that leave homeowners frustrated. A few mention polite enough interactions on site but others flag real issues with how the business runs day to day. This adds up to a lower overall mark since complaints about staff and management show up more often than steady praise across the board. DIRT Score 2.01 from 13 reviews on Finds.
