“This company is top notch. I had a whole home generator installed a year ago and it was a great experience. Clay came out initially and then a second time to confirm a change in where I wanted it installed. I even asked if the install manager, Pablo, could come out and he did. Initially, they had it flipped the wrong way when they installed it. They got it turned around and everything was perfect. We even tested the sprinkler lines to be sure there were no leaks. They took the time to get it all right. Chris came out for yearly maintenance this past week and was great. Every employee I’ve dealt with has been exceptional. They all have no issue sharing their contact info. You won’t be disappointed using them.”

“We could not have been more satisfied with the work that was done by the Premier crew on the two days that they were at our house to install our generator. From our initial introduction to Coleman, to the final inspection after the work was completed and approved, we couldn’t have been more pleased/impressed. The entire process was first rate. The crews showed up on the agreed-upon days on time and ready to work. By the end of the first day, the trench had been dug, the gas line connected to the meter, and stubbed up to where the generator would be installed. On the second day, the electricians came out and connected the gas to the generator as well as the wiring from the generator to our electric meter (and installed all the necessary equipment). The entire process took two days and then one day for the inspectors to come out and review the work. Both the gas and the electrical work were green tagged immediately upon inspection. The best thing is, once the inspectors had left by late in the day (on a Friday, nonetheless)the crew came back out to backfill the ditch that the gas line was put in.
