“I highly value straightforward communication and expect scheduled services to occur in the time frame promised. I DID NOT receive this courtesy here, nor a call as to why or when they would need to reschedule! Ever! The need to successively re-contact this business for services to be performed again and again cost my mother more money and myself a great inconvenience on her behalf. Although the services once performed were well done, I cannot recommend this company due to the above complications. 2 stars is generous.”
