“Friday night I had a tree limb come down on my service lines. The limb pulled everything out of the back of my house, destroyed my meter box and breaker panel. Saturday morning around 8am I submitted about 10 requests for an electrician. Within 30 minutes Jeremy, the owner of JM Electric called me and after seeing the pictures of the damage gave me an estimate and told me that he could have a guy out there early Sunday morning, I couldn’t believe this process was moving so fast and smoothly, definitely not what I was used to from other contractors in the past!
