He carefully repaired two loose outlets and a switch that had been installed poorly by previous electricians, and he was incredibly patient while we were forgetful and slow to locate the last circuit panel in the house. i really appreciated how calm and professional he stayed through the whole service call. I also want to mention that an earlier electrician from the same team did an excellent job disconnecting all the old knob-and-tube wiring in our older home.
