“⭐ (1/5) I want to start by saying this may be a great company with excellent staff overall — but one of your drivers is putting your reputation and others’ safety at serious risk. On July 2, 2026, at approximately 6:20 AM in Rowlett, TX — coming from Lake Ray Hubbard toward the President George Bush Turnpike — one of your company vehicle drivers was driving extremely aggressively and recklessly. He was tailgating multiple vehicles, making dangerous lane changes, nearly colliding with at least four cars in the immediate area, and speeding off. At one point he was visibly staring down other drivers in what felt like an intentional attempt to intimidate them off the road. As a business owner myself, I understand how one person can affect an entire company’s reputation — and potentially expose it to serious liability. A driver behaving this way in a branded vehicle is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I’m leaving this review not out of malice, but in hopes that management sees this and takes appropriate action. This behavior is dangerous to the public and reflects poorly on what may otherwise be a solid company.”
