“The electrician was so professional and so helpful. After the storm on 5/28, we lost power for a day which was restored same day. But then the next day the power was wonky and then only half our breakers were working 5/30. Turns out the line from the meter to the box got fried, we had another company come out to just repair the line but they wanted $10k to do all the unnecessary upgrades. But Richardson Ready Electric was called on 5/31, we sent them photos of damage and they said they could come Monday 6/3. Unfortunate but lots of electrical damage in area after the storm. He said he might come 6/1. Well we hoped for the best and they showed up on a Saturday and fixed the fried line from meter to breaker box. We finally had power to the entire house again!! And the fee was so reasonable for emergency work on the weekend! It was under $300 for the work! I highly recommend Richardson Ready Electric for any of your needs!”

I talked to manager to send a different crew to fix the problem. Supposedly it was fixed after paying a very large bill. I have an different electrici company addressing the problem again.
