“This store is one of the few places where you truly feel taken care of. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find the right product for your project. I did run into an issue with a Thinscape Soluna Marvel 73” double-bowl vanity top I purchased. But what really stood out to me was how the team handled it. Management reached out immediately and made sure the product was replaced at no cost, treating the situation with professionalism and respect. A special thank-you to Sammy, she consistently goes above and beyond, and her kindness and problem-solving attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Because of how well they support their customers, I’m confidently giving this place 5 stars. Great people, great service, and a store that truly stands behind what they sell.”
