“It’s refreshing to find a company that responds as quickly, courteously and professionally as Timms Plumbing & Construction. Mr. Timms is a real pro. He knows how to treat his customers with respect, fair pricing, and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, and that all the boxes are checked. My situation required unexpected, extra work with county permits and parts, he was on the ball and got the job done sooner than expected. Mr. Timms coordinated with the county, AEP and inspections to replace the entire house box and meter and restore power. All in one day! They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up when they were finished. Not one single wire left behind. I’m extremely pleased and I will say he’s got a customer for life. He’s a one/stop shop for professional, licensed home repairs.”

“I had a broken main that needed fixed on a Sunday. They communicated times they were going to show up and actually got here roughly around the time they said. They worked promptly and efficiently. And the best part was that considering it was a same day service on a weekend my pocket wasn't completely gouged. The first plumbing service I reached out to quoted me 1500 dollars more. Which is insane to me. So thank you Timms for being reliable and honest and a little nicer on the pocket book!”

“He will install anything you want for your home but it isn’t gonna be done right. I have a shower installed by him and when he was done the bottom of it was flimsy. He said “we replaced the wall but not all of it, that is why it is flimsy” “we don’t warranty anything we don’t buy”. This guy is a scam artist. He will quote you low then double or triple your rate once he is done. And the job will have endless amounts of problems when he is done. So definitely avoid this business! Horrible customer service and horrible workmanship. Never coming back to this guy again. He is horrible.”
