“After doing some research and getting estimates, I decided to go with the best priced estimate with the best reviews. They communicated with me throughout the whole process, answered questions and were able to squeeze my neighbor’s repair in their schedule so we’d get both our repairs done one after the other! Nick was extremely thorough and took before/after pictures of the repair to show me. He advised me on maintenance along with giving other helpful advice on home care. Just a real salt-of-earth, hard working guy! I’d definitely call them again!👍”

He was very thorough-making sure there was zero wobble from the fan, making sure we were happy with everything before he left. He was also personable and could easily answer our questions. “The team has really good follow-up and customer service. I had a tricky situation because my tenant approved the work and then bailed before completion, so I was left to sort it all out. I was originally charged $1,355 to replace a bedroom door and one piece of trim which was much higher than expected. The pricing for the "tasks" outlined was initially vague, but after clarifying, they eventually refunded $207 because the door itself did not have to be painted. As with most larger companies, there are fees for overhead, vehicles, insurance, etc. but their work is guaranteed for it's lifetime. If I use them again, I will just be sure to have clarity from the beginning of all costs incurred and compare them with other service providers. I appreciate their professionalism which might be worth paying the higher premium.”

“I had A Team Home Services come out to work up a bid for a whole home generator. They were very thorough. They evaluated the best place to put the generator considering multiple variable s including cost, noise, visibility. They worked up bids including a smaller and larger generator, per my request. The bids were clearly itemized and included things such as the exact length of generator service cable needed, the cost of the generator pad, etc. It was incredibly transparent. Jason and Michael were very professional and kind. I have not decided which direction to go yet for backup the next time we lose power, but wanted to give these guys a great review for their professionalism, transparency, and thoroughness”
