“We paid them to replace our old AC unit, which always cooled the house to set temp, with a new unit. They said the new unit would cool better and save money. 4 years later and in summer it doesnt cool to temp and runs all day! Our electric bill is astronomical! We have had them out many many times and they can never fix it. Last time I contacted them they said they had went out of business! This yr had a new repairman come out and he said they used a smaller unit than our old AC and thats why its not cooling. Now I'm either stuck with a unit that doesn't work or I have to spend another $10k to replace it! I would not use this company!”

“We had a service request through a home warranty company (American Homeshield) because our system wasn't cooling properly. The technician came out and found the issue was lacking refrigerant and recharged the unit. However, after the technician left the unit would not shut off. We contacted the technician again and he said we would have to contact the home warranty company and the reasons it wasn't shutting off was due to 1. A bad thermostat 2. A humidity setting 3. Bad control board He did not offer to come back and check his previous work and he did not offer to set up a new appointment. We had to have a new technician come out from another company because it was the weekend and the unit was running continuously. They found that the previous technician from A-TX Express had left his jumper wire connected and therefore the unit would not turn off. We promptly contacted A-TX Express to let them know what happened. They never returned the email and when I called they said "sorry, mistakes happen, what do you want me to do about it, we're not refunding you for what you had to pay for the new technician". She also said they would have come out to fix it sometime the next week. I told her this was terrible customer service and then she hung up on me. Clearly this company has terrible customer service and does not stand by their work. Do NOT use this company.”

“Left me stranded with no air conditioning after ripping out the motor of my new HVAC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Never answers the phone, barely responds to text messages and has no solutions. Technician left motor parts all over the floor, and then never responded after they realized they had to replace my whole HVAC system. One of the appointments with a technician never showed up, and then responded next day with threats. My new HVAC is now unrepairable because of them and I'm stuck with spending money for a brand new one after I've paid for months of living in a hotel. I'm not sure how this company stays in business, and can legally be licensed to fix ac systems.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this company! We had reached out to them after 8 days of a broken AC. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with a different company assigned from our home warranty, and finally we’re given A-TXExpress for a second opinion. We had used them before for a minor fix as well, and we were happy with their work. Within 24 hrs, Clark had Fernando come out, diagnose, and submit our repair. By the next day, they had their team drive to pick up our part and installed before the weekend! The entire team was so professional, responsive, and worked to help us get our AC back working timely! We are certainly grateful and will be using them next time for our service.”

“I spent a week trying to get in contact with someone here to fix my AC. The guy working there told me multiple times that he’d call me back that day, but didn’t (I had to go with them because my home warranty chose them). When they finally came through after a week, the work was done in a timely manner, but it’s exactly 2 weeks later and my AC is now completely not working.”
