“These jesters deserve 0 stars. They've had my $2500 laptop for almost 1 YEAR. The technicians fall short of executing or simple understanding of the mechanisms they're tasked with diagnosing/repairing. The operations people don't understand the value of follow up. The contact persons don't return calls or emails in any reasonable timeframe. They've charged me over $400 and have not yet provided the unit back to me in an acceptable, functional manner. Furthermore, I've asked for details about why specific components were replaced, only to be met by crickets. I've run an outsourced IT/hardware support company, so I know at least a little something.”
