They charged a $109 consultation fee just to show up and give a quote—something I later learned is waived for their “members,” which we technically were for a full year. “We were working with a contractor on some front exterior work. One of the guys nailed or screwed some trim around the front door straight through the doorbell wiring causing the doorbell not to work. The contractor sent Supersun to figure out the issue. Gabe and associate showed up on time, very professional and polite. The two of them were able to fish new wiring in the small area between the door and the window without having to remove any trim! It was pretty much surgical using a camera with one guy in the attic and the other at the door. It took them some patience, but they did this w/o removing trim, recaulking, repainting, etc -- Amazing! And super nice! Thank you!”
