“I worked with Cindy to rent a scooter for my mother. The need was urgent and not only did A ABCO Ready Rental respond (most other companies didn’t return my phone call) but she was able to get an excellent scooter to my mother the same day for no additional charge. The price was in line with what I had searched online but without any additional or hidden charges. She answered all my questions in the kindest and most compassionate way. Highly recommend.”

“This company was a pleasure to work with. I called on a Friday evening to request a scooter rental the next day, and although they are usually closed on Saturday they were kind enough to work with me so I could enjoy a day Christmas shopping with my grandmother. We had a wonderful time, and it wouldn't have been possible without Cindy and her technician! Cindy was so kind and thoughtful, she even recommended that I keep the scooter an extra hour so my grandmother and I could go out to eat together. (We ended up going to Ephesus in Rowlett) I will cherish the memories from such an awesome day, and these folks are the ones who made it possible. A+ customer service! They have certainly been doing this long enough to know how best to take care of the folks who come to them, and they had the best price of all the other companies I called to boot. Definitely give them a call!”

She has one of the finest, warm, friendly personalities I’ve met for someone running a business of that magnitude. They are so helpful and VERY accommodating. Oh my goodness, they take customer service to the next level. They deliver the scooter right to my hotel and then pick it up. It's amazing service.
