“I contacted Alex because I was having serious electrical issues such as house-wide flickering lights, appliances turning off and on, etc. He agreed to a service call at approximately 8 am the next day (a Saturday) He asked me to text him my address, which I did. When I didn’t receive a response or confirmation, I sent a text a second time on Saturday morning at 7 am. Once again I didn’t receive a response. So I waited until 8 am and when he didn’t arrived at the appointed time, I phoned his cell phone. My call wasn’t answered. Alex never showed up or responded. As this was a serious concern, I was left to scramble and find another electrician on a Saturday morning. I was very dissatisfied with the unprofessional experience.”
