“Had two light fixtures exchanged and we could not be happier with the service and how everything turned out. The technician was so kind and he even tolerated our cat “helping” him. He also gave me some ideas for future projects. We will absolutely use W3 again; I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

I appreciate that he took the time to listen to our concerns and worked to make things right. While the original project still required eight visits and multiple corrections, I wanted to recognize the way management handled the situation. Original review: Our journey with W3 started in April 2026, and it's now July 2026. We purchased an older home that needed a new electrical panel, and we also wanted every switch and outlet replaced. The total came to over $16,000, which we felt was reasonable for the amount of work we were having done. Our initial consultation with Eric was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave us confidence in moving forward. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. To complete the project, W3 had to come back to our house eight separate times. While I appreciate that they returned to address the issues each time, eight appointments for one project is excessive and became a major inconvenience. “Marcos and his apprentice called before arriving, arrived on time and were so nice to work with. I needed three ceiling fans installed and one electrical outlet installed behind a mounted tv. They did a great job and ensured everything worked right. Marcos also found some defective electrical work done in my home, which wasn’t a surprise, and gave a recommendation to move forward on it. “I found W3 through thumbtack. I also found 4 other companies. W3 called me really quick and I had an amazing experience working with the office staff to schedule my service. The other 4 companies, I am still waiting for a call. Regardless, Jimmy called me when he was on his way and was at my place on time. We did a full walkthrough of the full scope of work and I let him get to his estimate. While building the estimate, he did a full home check on everything electric in excruciating detail. He got everything ready and started going through my inspection report and pointed out some hidden issues. We discussed a plan of action for them and then we went through the estimate of what all needs to be done. Once we discussed all the items that I wanted to address that day, gave the green light and he got to work. No waiting a week to get on a schedule. He saw the scope, bid it and then started. I don't have the patience for someone to come and then schedule something 3 weeks out.
