“Great service. I have a home warranty and the company that was being sent out was incompetent. The work order got transferred to this company after several escalations and they came in and resolved my issues on the first trip. truly same day service and they were out the next day even tho communication was send late the day before. Awesome 👏 I would recommend them.”

“I could type out a novel here with the whole saga of "SameDay Appliance Repair" but I don't feel like wasting that much time out of my day. TL;DR we had an issue with the dishwasher. Home warranty company assigned these guys. They kept replacing small parts (door latch, door seal) that had nothing to do with the problems actually experienced. Had to push hard for them to come back out again. They did. Said they would replace the control board. And then we got a call from the home warranty company and they said SameDay said there was nothing wrong with it and tried to close out the work order. Thankfully our home warranty sent out someone else. They replaced the water pump. And all was fixed. Did some digging and SameDay is working under a fictitious business name and has a sketchy past. The receptionist that answers the phone is incredibly rude as well. Stay away!”

“Repair gentleman was extremely informative. He was very helpful and went to work immediately and did not waste time and was very professional. SameDay is always perfect to work with. Pate will order what is needed today and will let me know when he can return for the fix.”

“Very still happy with service. Washer needed an adjustment after Chris was here and he came back the next day (on his day off) to correct. Only thing negative is that "Same Day" didn't apply, it took three days for Chris to actually come to evaluate problem after I called office.”
