What Customers Say

I don't know why there are low ratings. We had a gas leak tonight on the south side at my sister's house. CPS had Colby out here within hour. Leak was outside. I am originally from NJ. Let me say this. Like I said , they got out here quick. Colby said he was on north side. I own an hvac company so I am well familiar with the amount of service calls when people start turning on their heat. I offered Colby a tip so he could get some coffee or food, but he stated he could not take it and was just glad he could help. The reason for my review. Colby has a great attitude. This guy is gonna go far in his career. Very nice, answered questions very personable and you can tell he likes what he does. Changed out meter and valve. Did not complain once about having to be out here so late. I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work cps. Keep up the great work Colby.. like i said, cps, you have a stellar employee there Billy Stonybrook

This CPS customer service was great, I've never been at this location. so i was quickly attended to by security when you enter, then within 8 minutes they called me to answer my questions. Got what I needed and and the gentleman that I talked to on monitor was great and professional. I'll be telling others about this location quick service. Thank you guys you all are awesome.

City Public Service is a horrible company! They have done a great disservice to Texas for years even before the Winter Storm. They hold no accountability for the 2021 disaster show, their highest-earning employees didn't receive pay cuts and they will continue to add fees all while lying that customers were out of power every so mins or hours. Most people didn't have light for 72 consecutive HOURS! CPS will not admit to that even though a whole neighborhood showed proof with meter reads, videos, and photos. This rating is a five-star BECAUSE of the customer service provided by the employees in this location. They took the time to review the charges for my elderly relative and explained it thoroughly without becoming impatient and on to the next customer. She needed assistance and they connected her with a few resources that have helped her bring down her bill. This location was kind of heard to find on maps. It is ac4oss the street from the Wataburger , between and past the orange Mexican restaurant. It's in the back of that lot. Hopefully my pictures help a bit.

First and only time visiting, quick and friendly service! I mean quick. I was hesitant to stay after seeing the line of people but I was in and out after about 10minutes! They had 4 tellers helping people so that made it quick. Teller was efficient and courteous. Covid safe and social distancing enforced! Had to leave a review of my awesome experience. Hope it stays this way.

I've had to go pay in person for someone else and they have always been very nice and helpful.
